Three weeks in and the ashwagandha and eleuthero blend seems to be doing something — I'm calmer during the workday and still have energy left by evening. The capsules are easy to swallow and I just take them with breakfast.
I've been taking one capsule before my morning workout for about three weeks and the ashwagandha blend seems to take the edge off my stress while the damiana gives a nice steady lift. The bottle lasted longer than I expected too.
The standardized yohimbe bark extract is what sold me over the generic powders, and pairing it with ashwagandha and damiana makes for a solid pre-gym stack. Two weeks in and my energy during afternoon sessions has been noticeably steadier.
