The capsule size is small enough that I can swallow it without gagging, which was my main worry with immunity supplements. I’ve been taking one each morning with breakfast for almost a month now, and I feel like I’ve stayed noticeably more resilient through the last few weeks of cold and flu season

Started taking these back in November and honestly haven't missed a single day since, which says a lot for me. The capsules are easy to swallow and I love that the immune support is broad-based rather than just focusing on one thing, so I feel covered through all the seasonal changes.

Three months in and my energy feels steadier through the winter months, which I wasn't expecting from a wellness supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow and I've had zero stomach issues, even on an empty stomach before work.
