I was skeptical about trying another supplement, but after three weeks with these capsules the Maca really does make a difference in my energy and mood. Took one each morning with breakfast and the adaptogen blend helped me feel more present and connected with my partner.

Three weeks in and I actually feel a shift—my energy's up and I'm not just saying that. The blend of maca and ashwagandha is easy to take daily, and the difference in my mood and drive is noticeable enough that I've already reordered.

Noticed the Ashwagandha and Ginseng combo is doing something subtle—mornings feel less sluggish and I’m more in the mood by evening. Downside is the capsules are a bit large to swallow, but that’s my only gripe after a month of use.
