I've only been taking these for a couple of weeks, but the energy lift is noticeable without any jittery crash. The fact that it uses the active methyl B12 instead of the cheap stuff really made a difference for me, and the smaller pill is easy to swallow.
The 1,000 mcg of methylcobalamin is exactly why I picked this over cheaper B-complexes, and my energy levels have leveled out nicely after about three weeks. Only gripe is the tablet is a bit larger than I’m used to, but it goes down fine with food.
The 1,000 mcg methylcobalamin is there, but the pills are bigger than I'm used to and I have to split them to swallow comfortably. I've only been taking it for two weeks, so I can't say if it's doing much yet energy-wise. It's fine, just nothing special so far.
