My hot flashes have definitely dialed back since I started taking these with breakfast, and the capsule itself is easy to swallow, which matters when you're already dealing with enough. I like that it's made specifically for women in this stage of life rather than a one-size-fits-all multivitamin.

Three weeks in and the hot flashes have definitely quieted down—I actually slept through the night for the first time in months. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t leave that weird aftertaste some supplements do.

The bottle is easy to manage with its daily serving, and I’ve noticed a steadier mood since I started taking it about three weeks ago. It’s not a miracle cure—I still get the occasional warm spell—but it’s made the afternoons more tolerable for me.
