The liquid soft-gel format is what sold me—no chalky pills to choke down, just a smooth little gel that’s easy to take first thing in the morning. I’ve noticed I actually remember to take it daily because it doesn’t sit heavy. Solid choice for anyone tired of giant tablets.

The liquid soft-gel format really makes a difference — no giant horse pills to choke down, just a smooth little gel that’s easy to swallow. I’ve been taking it with breakfast for a few weeks and feel like it’s a solid daily baseline without any weird aftertaste.

I’ve been taking these for about a month now, and the liquid soft-gel definitely goes down easier than the hard tablets I used to choke on. That said, I can’t tell if I’m feeling any real difference in energy or focus, so I’m not sure the higher price is worth it yet.
